Marcellin/Cardijn branded tops from Lowes in Colonnades or via the Lowes online store, except drill shirts from Be Seen Merch, Unit 6/70 Dyson Rd, Noarlunga Centre. Other items can be purchased from elsewhere as long as they are compliant.
As part of our learning environment, all students are expected to utilise a laptop within their subjects. Whilst students are welcome to bring their own device, Cardijn College offers a Laptop Lease Program.

You will receive an email early in the new year regarding the collection of laptops for students. This is anticipated to take place during the second or third week of January 2026.
Cardijn College has an inclusive fee structure for students attending each of our three schools and is based on your child/children’s year level.

If you are not intending to pay your fees upfront, a completed direct debit form is required prior to your child commencing with us.
The Finance Team is here to help you and can assist with any financial enquiries where necessary during your child’s education. We encourage communication with our families as this assists us in providing you with the very best service.
Nominations are now open for our 2026 extra-curricular sports program.

Cardijn College offers bus services to support those families living in the following areas:
McLaren Vale/Willunga, Sellicks/Aldinga where public transport is limited.
The annual fee for 2026 will be $1,160 on a full-time basis only will be invoiced in Term 1. This can be incorporated into regular direct debit payments.

Willunga Charter bus service 2026
If you are wishing to register for the Willunga Charter Bus service, please note this form MUST be completed by 4.00pm Friday 12 December.
Bus passes will be issued to new students at the commencement of the 2026 school year.

For Marcellin students, the Willunga Charter morning bus from Aldinga/Sellicks will arrive at Marian Campus at 8:30am and then continue on to Marcellin Campus after Marian Campus students have alighted.
Marcellin students catching the McLaren Vale/Willunga bus will need to alight at Marian Campus at 8:20am and transfer to the Aldinga/Sellicks bus when it arrives for travel to Marcellin Campus. The bus is scheduled to arrive at Marcellin Campus at approximately 8:40am, therefore students will be approximately 10-15 minutes late to class. Please advise Marcellin Campus if your child is going to be using this bus service so we can accommodate their late arrival.
The majority of communication from Cardijn College is sent via email and text message so it is important to ensure we have up to date contact details for you.
A lot happens in our community. The daily life of the College extends beyond the classroom to extra-curricular activities and opportunities to engage with and support our local community.

SEQTA Engage
SEQTA Engage is our online portal for parents and caregivers to engage and connect to the college and their child’s learning. Through this portal you will be able to:
At the beginning of the school year, and additionally by request throughout the year, you will receive a welcome to SEQTA Engage email providing you access to the portal with a QR code for mobile app or a link to the webpage.

SchoolTV
Because parenting doesn’t come with instructions, SchoolTV is a wellbeing resource that can support you in the challenges relating to modern-day parenting.
This award-winning resource helps build relationships, foster connections, enable understanding and break down barriers to navigate a pathway towards better mental health and wellbeing for young people. It can assist in starting conversations on topics that are sometimes awkward or difficult to tackle.

Photo Consent
As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and respectful online environment, we will be sending out a form via Consent2Go in Term 1 for you to indicate your preferences regarding the publication of your child’s image or work on our social media channels. This form will allow you to specify whether you consent to, or prefer to limit, the use of their photos and achievements in our digital communications.
At Marcellin Campus, school commences at 8:30am each day and concludes at 2:45pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Students will be dismissed early at 2:30pm every Wednesday and trade training days conclude at 3:45pm.
The booklist requirements for Marcellin Campus are minimal but essential from the start of the year. They can be purchased from anywhere and students are expected to maintain them in good condition.
Tool Kits for specific trades undertaken in Year 11/12 will be emailed to families separately.
For families with children who require medication during the school day and/or medication outside of normal school hours (camps and overnight stays), we kindly ask that you download and complete the relevant Medication Agreement Form linked below. These forms are necessary to ensure that we can administer any required medication during camps or overnight stays.
We also request that you make appointments with the relevant medical professionals over the holidays to have the forms completed and ready for the new school year. Completing these steps in advance will help ensure your child’s health and safety while participating in these activities. Thank you for your attention to this important matter.
