Enrolling at Marcellin

There are two main intakes for enrolment at Marcellin:

  • Beginning of Year 10 - closing date for applications end of Week 8 Term 2 of Year 9
  • Mid-year Year 10 - closing date for applications end of Week 4 Term 4 of Year 9

Other year level entries will be considered with enrolment at the beginning of the year only, therefore the closing date for applications will be Week 8 Term 2 of the year before they start.

The enrolment process

A non-refundable fee of $50.00 will be charged per enrolment.

To complete your application please provide the following: 


  • A copy of the birth certificate (or extract) or current passport

  • Latest school report

  • A character reference (from your child’s classroom teacher, volunteer coordinator, employer, coach or similar)

  • A detailed explanation as to why you would like to attend Marcellin Campus (from your child)

  • Any Court Order, Parenting Plan or related information affecting your child (if applicable)

  • Documentation relating to special needs (any reports, action plans, assessments, etc if applicable)


Optional (if relevant):

  • Records of any SACE subjects completed

  • Evidence of VET program(s) undertaken or completed

  • Copies of any national tests results (eg Year 9 NAPLAN) where available

Once we have received your online enrolment application and application fee payment, we will communicate with you regarding an interview with one of the Leadership team.

You will be notified via email, at the completion of our selection process, whether you have been offered a place at Marcellin. A one-off $200 non-refundable enrolment guarantee is payable on enrolment for all new students, which will be deducted from the first term’s fees. This is to be paid upon accepting an offer of enrolment.
